Catechism

Catechism is an intensive study of the basic teachings of the Bible.  This is a 9 month course of study offered once a year in Community Chapel.  Catechism is a form of studying the Bible with questions and answers. The basic goal of the course is for all students to be thoroughly grounded in the Word of God and to have an intimate personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  The culmination of the course is a confirmation service for all students completing the course requirements.   If you need any more information call the church office. 562-868-0072.

 

California Bible University

Bible school will start in September.  Bible school is a place were you can learn the various truths to Gods Word.  If you are looking for a place to come and learn more about the Lord and the Word of God then the Bible University is the place for you.  If you have any questions please call the office at 562-0087 and ask for Sheryl Worrel.

 

Wednesday Bible Study 

Every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.   We would like to see you be a part of this ministry.  We are now studying the series on “Knowing God”.  We are studying various aspects of God.  He is All-Glorious, All-Knowing, All Powerful.  He is Love, Holy , Our Father, The Son of God, The Son of Man, The Son of David and etc.  Come and study Gods Word with us. You will truly enjoy this class.
 
We also have a Wednesday p.m. class that starts at 7:00.  We discuss various topics like D00rs that God wants us to walk through into greater spiritual experiences also Keep. God wants us to retain in our possession, guard, and practice the things He has given us and Keep them dear to our heart.  Come and be with us and enjoy our journey in the Word of God
 

Monthly Evangelism

On the first Monday of each month at 7:00 pm. the team goes around the neighborhood and various areas to encourage people to know the Lord as their Savior and to be sure that they attend a local church.

 

All Church Prayer

We have a Prayer Meeting on the first Friday of each month. We meet together in the main sanctuary at  7:00 p.m.  Join us for a time of praying for our church, members, and the nation.  

 

Men’s Retreat

The camp is located in Wrightwood, Calif.  If you have never been to a men’s retreat you need to come and experience this wonderful weekend with fellow Christian brothers.  There will be fun, food and great fellowship both naturally and spiritually.  For further information please call the church office and we will connect you with  one of the leaders.

 

Women’s Retreat

 
You are invited to join us for our Annual Women’s Retreat. Every year we get away together to enjoy one another and the Lord. We always have a theme that challenges the hearts of  the women and many gifts are give to enhance that theme.
